Flatten small discs from the green mixture; wrap each around a red ball and roll into a ball.
- 8
Flatten small discs from the saffron mixture; wrap each around the green-wrapped ball and roll into a ball.

Repeat the wrapping process twice for a layered effect.
- 10
Garnish each burfi with edible silver leaf (varakh) and cut carefully into lotus shape as shown.
- 11
Serve and enjoy ✨
Tips
If you want to adjust the sweetness, feel free to add more or less sugar. You can also add nuts for extra crunch!
