Deseed the dates churn dates and anjeer in mixie

Take kadai put ghee and roast dryfruits

Grind them

Take kadai add ghee put the mix of dates and anjeer and make it soft by roasting for 2-3 minutes

Add dryfruits and mix them well

Take butter paper apply little ghee and roll the mix

Sprinkle poppy seeds on the butter paper and roll dates anjeer roll

Cover it with butter paper and keep in fridge for half an hour

Remove from fridge and its wrapping and cut into pieces

Dates anjeer roll ready
