Kurkuri Bhindi

Kurkuri bhindi recipe is very easy and prepared in very few ingredient.
Steps

First of all take washed bhindi then dry it now remove upper corners and then cut into two or four pieces. After cutting add turmeric,red chilli powder, garam masala and salt. At last add gram flour and then mix it properly.

Keep as it is for two three minutes and then keep kadai on medium flame add oil and make tadka with the help of jeera and mustard seeds now add bhindi and mix it well.

Keep gas flame medium to low and stir it for 3-4 minutes. Then cover it with plate for next three four minutes and again mix it well. If you want kurkuri bhindi then add oil more and keep it for 5 to 7 minutes then switch off the gas and serve it hot with chapati or rice.
