Gather all the ingredients for turmeric milk. Grate the turmeric and ginger.

Heat the milk in a pan. Add the crushed black peppercorns, cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add the grated turmeric and ginger. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Add the jaggery and stir until it dissolves. Once the jaggery is melted, turn off the heat. Turmeric milk is ready.
