Steps

Take a large mixing bowl and add puffed rice.

Add boiled black chana (or roasted chana) along with cucumber, tomato, capsicum and onion.

Add lemon juice, green chutney, black salt, black pepper, roasted cumin powder and chaat masala.

Gently mix so the puffed rice stays crunchy.

Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with coriander and serve immediately.
