Per boil chicken without water; spice with alittle onions, pepper, 1 bouillon cube and a dash of oregano

Once the chicken is cooked tender and the stock is almost dried up add vegetable oil stir, add onions, garlic and ginger

Stir add tomatoes and pepper; fry for another 5mins then add bouillion cube,salt and oregano allow it simmer for another 2 mins

Stir in carrot, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, stir and turn off heat after a minute
- 5
Serve with rice or spaghetti
