Mix semolina and melted butter, knead with water into dough.

Roll dough into logs, press date filling in center, fold over.
Cut into diamond shapes. - 3
Fry until golden or bake at 180°C for 30 mins.

Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon
Tips
Use cold butter for a flakier texture; warm butter makes dough sticky.
