  2. 2 cupsBasmati rice
  3. 2 cupsPineapple juice
  4. 1/2, diced Green pepper
  5. 1/2, diced Onion
  6. 1, diced Carrot
  7. 1/2cup, chopped Green beans
  8. 5 tbspOlive oil
  9. 1tsp, minced Ginger
  10. 1clove, minced Garlic
  11. 1 tspSalt
  12. 1/4 tspPepper

    Cut the pineapple in half, scoop out the flesh, and extract the juice.

    Rinse the rice and cook it with pineapple juice and a pinch of salt until fluffy.

    Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant.
