🍫 🍪 Eggless Chocolate Chip Cookies 🍪 🍫

Chocolate chip cookies, an all-time favorite !
This egg-free recipe proves that eggs aren’t necessary for great cookies. They achieve an ideal balance of crunch and softness while maintaining their shape without crumbling. I really invite you to try them for yourself 🍪 😋
I got this recipe from bakedabundance.com “EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES RECIPE” by Marley Braunlich. I did substitute some ingredients in the recipe but you can check out the original post below 👇

Notes:
-When you are fluffing up the butter and sugar you can use an electric hand mixer or use a whisk and hand mix it (arm workout!)
- I baked my cookies for 12-13 minutes but if you prefer a darker and more done cookie, you can go up to 15 minutes.
- You will notice that once you remove the cookies from the oven, they will look puffed up and the center will seem undone. Do not worry, this is normal. As the cookies cools down, they will harden and finish cooking.

Steps
- 1
Assemble all ingredients and preheat oven to 350 °F
- 2
In a large bowl, add 1/2 cup soften butter, 1/4 cup of white sugar and 3/4 cup of brown sugar. Beat until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes)
- 3
Next, gradually add 2tsp of vanilla extract and milk. Continue beating until well combined (about 1 minute)
- 4
On separate bowl, add 1 3/4 cup of AP flour, 3/4 tsp of baking soda, 1/4 tsp of baking powder and 1/2 tsp of salt. Combine and then add to wet ingredients.
- 5
Mix until all ingredients are incorporated. Lastly, add 1 cup of chocolate chips and fold until combined.
- 6
Place cookie dough in the fridge for 30 minutes to chill.
- 7
Prepare a few baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Place 4-6 2inch balls into each baking sheet, evenly distributed so cookies can spread. Repeat until you run out of cookie dough.
- 8
Bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from baking sheets.
- 9
Serve with a tall glass of milk. Enjoy!
