Ingredients

40 minutes
8-10 servings
  • 1unbaked pie crust
  • 1 packagecream cheese soften
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 4eggs
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 1 cupchopped pecans
  • 1 cupcorn syrup
  • 1/4 cupbrown sugar

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat oven 425. In a small mixing bowl beat soften cream cheese, sugar, 1 egg and vanilla. Spread evenly in pie shell, then sprinkle the pecans over.

  2. 2

    In another small mixing bowl beat the remaining 3 eggs, corn syrup and brown sugar together well. Pour evenly over pecans. Bake at 425 10 minutes then reduce heat to 375 and bake for 25-30 minutes or until set and golden. Cool and Enjoy!
