Red Cabbage Salad

A recipe inspired by the classic American coleslaw, but with a dressing different from the usual mayonnaise. I made it yesterday and it turned out delicious, so I'm sharing it.

A recipe inspired by the classic American coleslaw, but with a dressing different from the usual mayonnaise. I made it yesterday and it turned out delicious, so I'm sharing it.
Cooking Instructions

Gather the ingredients, wash and peel them.

Julienne the red cabbage.
- 3
Grate the apple and add it to the bowl. Squeeze the lime and add it as well (not only does it give a special flavor, but it will also prevent the apple from browning).

Grate the onion and carrots and add them to the bowl. Mix.

In a glass, grate the piece of ginger. Add the mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, and honey. Mix. Taste and add more oil, vinegar, or soy sauce to taste.

Mix the dressing with the salad. Taste and add salt and pepper to taste. Transfer the salad to a serving dish and finally add some pumpkin seeds. Enjoy!
