Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 200 gTwarog (farmer’s cheese)
  2. 30 gFlour
  3. 1Egg yolk
  4. 20 gSugar
  5. a fewdrops Vanilla
  6. 1 pinchSalt
  7. 1 tbspOil (for frying)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix twarog, flour, egg yolk, sugar, vanilla, and salt until combined.

  2. 2

    Shape the mixture into small circles like on the picture.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

  4. 4

    Fry the circles on both sides until golden brown.

Tips

Serve warm, with powdered sugar, sour cream or jam
