Ayurvedic Detox vegetable Khichdi is a Indian favourite dish.It is very easy to digest yet it's extremely nutritious. Nowadays it's also known as a healthy vegan meal.

First take 1 cup rice 1/2 cup green moong dal and 1/2 cup yellow moong dal mix it well.And wash it properly and soak in water for 30 minutes

Then all the vegetables cut into pieces and collect in a dish then take a pressure cooker add 3 tbsp ghee and heat it in pressure cooker and add 2 cinnamon stick cloves and 1/4 tsp mustard seeds and cumin seeds add tsp hing and saute for few second.

Then add chopped onion and green chilli and tomato add salt then saute for1 minute Then add all the vegetables

.Then add soaked dal and rice mix well add sufficient water as required to make soft Khichdi cook until five whistles then cool completely

Now Ayurvedic Detox vegetable Satvik Khichdi for immunity and fitness is ready then transferred to a bowl decorate with coriander green chilli and ghee.and serve with1 glass buttermilk.Eat and enjoy and become healthy and fit..Enjoy!!!
