Mix the flour with the yeast, sugar, salt, baking powder, and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the warm milk and knead until you get a soft dough. Divide the dough into two portions. Knead one portion with the cocoa powder and 1 tablespoon of oil, and the other portion with 1 tablespoon of oil.

Cover the dough and let it rise until it doubles in size.

Roll out both dough portions into rectangles. Place one on top of the other, spread Nutella over them, and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.

Roll up the dough and cut it into slices, then arrange them in a round baking pan.

Brush the top with milk.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) until golden brown.

As soon as it comes out of the oven, brush the top with melted butter.
