  1. 1 cupBesan (chickpea flour)
  2. 1/2 cupCurd
  3. 1 tbspGinger-garlic-green chili paste
  4. 1 tspSalt
  5. 1,1/2 cup Water
  6. 1 cupChopped coriander leaves
  7. 2 tbspOil (for greasing and shallow frying)

    Mix besan, curd, ginger-garlic-green chili paste, salt, water, and chopped coriander leaves in a bowl.

    Cook the mixture in a pan on low to medium heat, stirring, until it thickens. Check it by spreading it on plate, cool it and u can easily roll it then it's ready.

    Transfer the thick mixture to a greased plate and spread evenly.

    Let it cool completely, then cut into cubes.

    Shallow fry the cubes in oil until golden and crisp outside.

    Serve hot with chutney.
