A popular Maharashtrian snack,made with fresh coriander leaves and besan , crisp out side soft inside.
Steps

Mix besan, curd, ginger-garlic-green chili paste, salt, water, and chopped coriander leaves in a bowl.

Cook the mixture in a pan on low to medium heat, stirring, until it thickens. Check it by spreading it on plate, cool it and u can easily roll it then it's ready.

Transfer the thick mixture to a greased plate and spread evenly.

Let it cool completely, then cut into cubes.

Shallow fry the cubes in oil until golden and crisp outside.

Serve hot with chutney.
Tips
Ensure the mixture is cooked well to achieve the right thickness before transferring to the plate.
