Ingredients

2 baking sheets

1 cupalmond flour (100 g)
1/4 cupchestnut flour (25 g)
2 tablespoonssugar (25 g)
1egg
2 teaspoonsbaking powder (8 g)
1/4 cupchocolate chips (40 g)
1/4 cupunsweetened cocoa powder (30 g)
Juice of 1/2 orange
Zest of 1 orange

Steps

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you have a smooth dough.

Shape the dough into balls, gently flatten them, and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 12 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
