First of all, wash and clean the cauliflower and cut it into small florets.

Chop the tender cauliflower stalks into small pieces. Finely chop the green chilies, onion, ginger, and garlic.

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, garlic, ginger and onion and fry till golden.

Now add fresh green peas in this pan and cook for 12 minutes and mix all the powdered spices except dry mango powder.

After cooking peas for 2-5 minutes, mix chopped cabbage in it, mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Don't add water while cooking the vegetable. Once the cauliflower is cooked, add mango powder and turn off the heat. The vegetable is ready.

You can serve this vegetable with roti or parantha of your choice.
