An extremely easy and healthy recipe that can be made within a minute. All you have to do is wash the apple and thinly slice it and cup the bananas in pieces. Throw them to a blender jar along with wallnuts. Now pour milk on it and blend it to a fine paste and there you go your absolutely yummy smoothie is ready. Pour in to your serving glasses and top it with your favorite seeds and it's totally optional. Serve it cold or on room temperature totally upto you.
