Pecan Pie Presto

Steps

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the unbaked pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate and crimp the edges.

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, brown sugar, maple syrup, melted butter, vanilla, and salt until smooth.

Stir in the pecans.

Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.

Bake on the center rack for 50-60 minutes. The pie is done when the edges are set, but the center still has a slight wobble.

Allow the pie to cool completely on a wire rack for at least 2 hours before slicing to ensure it sets properly.
