Boil water, add sliced yam, salt and turmeric. Cook until yam gets soft.

To make dry mixture take samolina

Brush some oil on heated pan

Coat yam with our dry mixture and press yam gently so mixture sticks to it

Placepieces withsome distance between it. And start cooking it on low flame

Flip and cook both side until it becomes golden and crispy.

Serve it hot with ketchup or mint chutney.
