Add eggs, milk, flour and salt into mixing bowl and blend until well combined and smooth

Place mix into refrigerator for 2 hours

Put your muffin tins into oven. Preheat to 450°F for 15 minutes

Remove muffin tins and add 1 tsp of beef tallow to each muffin cup and put back into oven

When the beef tallow starts to smoke, remove muffin tin and pour the chilled yorkie mix into each cup until 2/3 full. Work as quickly as possible

Cook for 20-30 minutes depending upon which mold you are using.
