Heat water and add corn into it switch off flame and keep corn kernels in it,then remove excess water.

Now heat a pan,add ghee and saute corn into it add littil salt.

Now remove corn in same pan add ghee and saute beans,keep all other ingredients ready.

Now in a mixing bowl add corn,beans mix well

Now add carrot,tomato, cucumber and mix well.add chat masala,mix well garnish with coriander leaves.
