This is a delicious Indo-Chinese street-style Vegetable Manchurian, made with crispy vegetable balls tossed in a spicy, tangy, and glossy sauce. Topped with fresh onion rings, coriander, and a squeeze of lemon, it’s full of bold flavors and perfect for any craving!

Step 1: Prepare Balls
Mix all veggies with cornflour, flour, salt, and pepper.
Shape into small balls and deep fry till golden and crispy. - 2

Heat oil, sauté garlic, ginger, and chilies.
Add onions and cook slightly crunchy.
Add soy sauce, chili sauce, ketchup, vinegar, sugar, and pepper. - 3
