Yesterday I made moong dal app e and some remaining mixture I have.. Today I soaked chana dal for bhaji.For breakfast I mixed both and made' jugadu ' vade.

Yesterday I made moong dal app e and some remaining mixture I have.. Today I soaked chana dal for bhaji.For breakfast I mixed both and made' jugadu ' vade.

In a mixer grinder grind soaked chana dal coarsely.Keep 1 tablespoon dal aside.

In a mixing bowl add chana dal mixture, moong dal mixture, ginger garlic, chilli paste,salt, whole dal, coriander leaves and sesame seeds.Mix well.

Make vada from this in plastic sheet.Heat oil in pan.Fry this. Vada till brown and crispy.

Serve hot with any chutney and fried green chilies.
Tips
Very tasty and crispy too.
