Steps

Whisk eggs in a bowl.

Place pan in a jiko with cooking oil and let it warm.

Put the the capsicum and tomatoes all cut in dices having removed the liquid part of it,give it 1 minute.

Put the whisked eggs and let it scatter on the pan.

When ready, turn it and give it time to be done.

Serve
