In preparing eggs, put the onions in the pan and turn on the heat at medium level and add 2 tbs of cooking oil. Once the onions turn golden brown add the eggs and mix

Once the eggs have completely cooked add the tomatoes(2) and mix then cover the pan until the tenderise. After 2 minutes uncover and stir the add a pinch of salt and continue stirring.then turn of the heat

In another sufuria turn on the cooker at medium heat and add the onion and 2 tbs of cooking oil. when the onion turns golden brown add the remaining tomatoes and mix then cover the sufuria for 2 minutes for the tomatoes to become tender. add the chopped cabbage and mix and add 1/4 glass of water, 2 pinches of salt and cover the sufuria. After 5 minutes uncover the sufuria and serve while hot.
