Cut capsicum in ring shape. Mash or grate boiled potatoes and mix well with cheese and coat it around the capsicum ring.

Make a thick batter of besan, salt, ajwain, red chilli soda and water. Dip the rings in the batter and deep fry. Serve with chutney or sauce.
