Ingredients

  • 5eggs
  • 3tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • 1 bunchkunde
  • Vegetables cooking oil
  • 1 pinchsalt

Steps

30minutes
  1. 1

    Whisk the eggs in a bowl then chop the tomatoes and onions separately. Also chop the kunde separately too

  2. 2

    Add oil in frying pan and heat for while then add the eggs and let it cook for till yellowish in color.

  3. 3

    Add the onions and let it cook for 2 minutes then add tomatoes, kunde and salt.

  4. 4

    Stir the mixture and cover for 5 minutes. Then stir again to mix well and remove from heat and serve with Ugali
