Steps

Roast the bengal gram in a pan and allow it to cool by keeping it aside.

Roast the cashewnuts in ghee and keep them aside.

Powder the roasted gram to a fine powder in a mixer grinder.

Powder the sugar also to a very fine powder.
- 5
Mix the powdered gram, powdered sugar, cardamom powder and cashewnuts by heating in a low flame.

Melt ghee in another pan and add the warm ghee to the powdered mixture till the dough consistency is smooth enough to make balls.

Prepare balls out of the dough and cool it and store in an air tight container or box.
