Pear Walnut Spice Cake

I have tried this cake with apples before, infact that was the first ever cake I baked in my own oven :) When you ask which fruit could you replace apples with, in cakes, pears come to the mind almost naturally, instinctively. But actually trying that out was still very exciting for me. The cake turned out moist, crumbly, in short a little delight! :)

Pour the batter into the pan evenly and bake for about 40 mins or until a toothpick inserted into the pan comes out clean.
