This is the Frittata I made for the cook off. I used ingredients that were all grown locally.

This is the Frittata I made for the cook off. I used ingredients that were all grown locally.
Steps

Heat a frying pan with a little olive oil
- 2
Whip eggs the same way you would for an omlette
- 3
Pour it into a hot pan and add some shredded carrots
- 4
Once it is set, flip it over and cook for a minute
- 5
Add microgreens and cheese curds to the top and some more shredded carrots
- 6
Put it in a 250 F preheated oven for 2 minutes
- 7
Take it out and add some fresh basil to the top
- 8
Wait for it to cool down
- 9
Eat!
