Ingredients

  1. 400 gramsVickys Condensed Coconut Milk - recipe in my profile
  2. 500 gramsicing sugar / powdered sugar
  3. 350 gramsdesiccated (finely shredded) coconut

Cooking Instructions

3 hours 20 mins

    Add the ingredients to a large bowl and knead to combine

  2. 2

    Split the dough in half and press half into an 8" square lined tin

  3. 3

    Knead some pink food colouring into the other half of the dough until evenly coloured

  4. 4

    Press into the tin on top of the white dough

  5. 5

    Let sit in the fridge for a good 3 hours until set

  6. 6

    Cut into inch squares and enjoy!
