  • 2bananas Ripe -
  • 2Egg -
  • cupflour White - about a
  • pinchBaking soda or - a so
  • half a cupMilk -
  • 1 tspCardamom powder -
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cupSugar -
  • to fryButter -

Steps

  1. 1

    Whish this all together really well to create a "thin" batter

  2. 2

    The bananas shud not be chunkey, so cut it into tiny pieces

  3. 3

    Also the batter shudn't be thick - but loose and "runney" (that's not even a word haha)

  4. 4

    Heat some butter in a griddle and spoon some of the batter (like you would do for a crepe) on the griddle

  5. 5

    Cook it up with some butter (not a lot)

  6. 6

    Serve it warm with some maple syrup or just eat it like it is - It's such a sweet treat :)

Welcome to my Blog The Eaterspot. My blogging journey began in March 2010. I had just relocated from the US, and living in Wellington, New Zealand was definitely a whole lot different from the US. The day after I landed here, I began a full time job, but I still had a whole lot of free time after 5pm.
