Ingredients

  • 1 cupFlour -
  • 1/2 tspBaking powder -
  • 1 tspcardamom Green powder -
  • 3Eggs -
  • 1/2 cupCastor Sugar -
  • 1 tspVanilla essence -
  • 1/2 cupbutter -
  • 2 tbspsmilk -

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve flour, baking powder and green cardamom powder

  2. 2

    Beat the eggs and mix it well with the sugar. To this add the flour mixture and mix well. Next add the vanilla essence and melted butter and milk

  3. 3

    I baked it at 180C for around 25mins

Welcome to my Blog The Eaterspot. My blogging journey began in March 2010. I had just relocated from the US, and living in Wellington, New Zealand was definitely a whole lot different from the US. The day after I landed here, I began a full time job, but I still had a whole lot of free time after 5pm.
