  1. 1/2 iceberg lettuce, chopped
  2. 1/2 curly lettuce, chopped
  3. 1 bunch purslane
  4. 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
  5. 4 radishes, sliced
  6. 1 medium onion, sliced
  7. 2 medium tomatoes, cut into cubes
  8. 200 glight feta cheese, cubed
  9. dressing:
  10. 1 1/2 tablespoonlemon juice
  11. 1 tablespoonwhite vinegar, which is apple vinegar
  12. 3 tablespoonsolive oil
  13. salt to taste

    In a big salad bowl, mix all the vegetables together.

  2. 2

    For the dressing: blend all the ingredients in a small bowl. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss gently until salad is well coated.

    Finally add the feta cheese cubes on the top of the salad.

    Serve cold.
