Ingredients

30 mins

4-serving

2 cupsbasmati rice cooked
250 gramsbutton mushroom sliced
6 numbersgarlic chopped Garlic , crushed and
4 numbersscallions , chopped (reserve some greens for garnish)
1 teaspoonsesame seed roasted
1 tablespoonoil
1.5 teaspoonsoregano
1 , 5 teaspoonsbasil
2 teaspoonspepper powder
salt (to taste)

In a pan heat oil and add garlic.

After about a minute add the scallions stir.

Add mushrooms next, and cook until the water dries up.

Add pepper, oregano and basil.

Mix in the rice and the roasted sesame seeds.

Add salt according to taste.

Garnish with greens.
