Ingredients

12-serving
  • 12Rhodes Dinner Rolls   thawed to room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cupschicken cooked and cubed
  • 1 1/2 cupsfrozen mixed vegetables , thawed
  • 1 cancream chicken of soup
  • 3/4 cupcheddar cheese grated
  • to tastesalt pepper &

  1. 1

    Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. 2

    Flatten each roll or biscuit into a 6-7 inch circle.

  3. 3

    Cover with plastic wrap and let rest.

  4. 4

    In a large bowl combine chicken, vegetables and soup and mix well.

  5. 5

    Add salt & pepper to taste.

  6. 6

    Remove wrap from dough and press each dough circle into the bottom and up the sides of a sprayed muffin tin cup.

  7. 7

    Divide chicken mixture evenly between the dough cups.

  8. 8

    Sprinkle tops with grated cheese.

  9. 9

    Bake at 350°F 15-18 minutes.
