Lorena's Salsa
Mild with a subtle kick, my very favorite salsa.
Steps

Boil tomatoes, onion, peppers and garlic.

Blanch tomatoes to remove skin.
- 3
Blend everything in blender except the peppers. Remove the tail, veins and seeds then add add chili skins slowly until mild or spicy.
- 4
Add cilantro last, season generously with salt and pepper and add a pinch of sugar to blend the salty and spicy flavors.
