In a small heavy pot, add the olive oil, garlic and onion.in high temperature, Sautè until golden Brown. Take the pot off the heat

In a food processor, add the chick peas, the water and the golden garlic and onion. Process until is completely pureed.

Return the mix to the same pot, which contains the oil where the ingredients were sautèd; in medium heat let it fry for 1 minute and add the paprika, and adjust the salt an pepper.
