Steps

For palappam...grind the above items to semi thick batter and keep it overnight.

For egg roast saute ginger garlic curryleaves in oil and when it turns golden add onions and saute till its golden brown.

Now add all the powder and garam masala and fry.then add tomatoes and cook it covering

Add salt.mash tomatoes...add thick coconut milkwith little water.....and boil...later add boiled eggs and garnish
