  • 750 gChicken -
  • 5onion -
  • 4tomato -
  • 1green chilli -
  • 2 cupswater -
  • TO GRIND :
  • ginger garlic -as needed
  • 1 cupmint coriander leaves leaves & -
  • 2chilli powder - spoon
  • curd
  • fennel seed
  • poppy seed
  • cinamon
  • cloves
  • bayleaves
  • cardamom .

Steps

  1. 1

    Immerse rice in a 2 cup of water before 20 minutes.first grind all the ingredients under to grind list and keep aside.grind without water.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a cooker.fry onion,green chili.after it becomes brown,add chicken stir well and add grind ed paste and add saffron color if u want and mix well.add salt and saute well.after 5 minutes close lid wait for 2 whistle.

  3. 3

    After 15 minutes open the cooker lid and add rice and mix it with the gravy without breaking the rice,after 2 minutes add water.check the water in the chicken and add water according to that.check for salt and close the lid and wait for 1 whistle.

    Open the lid after 15 minutes and serve hot with onion raita
