One-Side Omlette
Yummy. Makes a great combo with Rasam rice.
Steps

Heat the oil in pan for a minute.

Crack the eggs into the heated pan.

Now quickly spread onions and coriander leaves. Do it quickly as we shouldn't let the egg fried fully.

Add salt and chilli powder and pepper powder to taste.
- 5
Wait for a minute and transfer the omlette to the plate.
