First time attempt. Easy to do. Lovely fresh ingredients. Yummy flavour.
Steps

SOak 1 cup of basmati rice in water and wash it well without breaking.

Then soak the rice in water for around 20 minutes.

Take the ingredients kept aside for the paste in a mixer.

Mint leaves, coriander leaves, chillies, ginger, garlic, cashews, salt and sugar to be grinder till they form a paste.

Add a dash of lemon after it, mix and keep aside.

Take a hot pan and add the oil.

Once slightly heated add the spices one by one.

Then add the onions and saute till light brown.

Add the mint paste to the the pan along with the sautéed onions and spices.

Keep frying them till they lose the raw smell.

Now drain the rice and add to a pressure cooker.

AdD the sautéed paste into the cooker and mix with the rice without breaking.

Add 1 cup of water for the 1 cup of basmati rice used.

A little more salt can be added if required.

Wait until 2 whistles and switch off.

Once the steam is out it can be opened and mixed well to serve.
