  • 1 cupbrown rice soaked for 1 hour
  • 1carrot Chopped
  • 100 grampeas
  • 1potato Chopped
  • 1tomato Chopped
  • 100 gramFrench beans Chopped
  • 1taj patta
  • 2cloves
  • 1cinnamon
  • 3pepper
  • 1star anise
  • 1dry chilli
  • 1green chilli
  • 1 tspjeera
  • as requiredOil
  • 1garlic clove Chopped
  • 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  • 1 tspKashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 tspdhania jeera powder
  • 1/2kitchen king masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • as requiredWater

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    In cooker add oil,jeera,taj patta,dry red chilli,cinnamon,star anise,cloves.

    Now add onion and all vegetables stir and mix properly.

    Add all dry masala mix and soaked brown rice.

    Add enough water and close lid of cooker cook till done.Serve with curd
