Tandoori Chicken
There is a restaurant called Chicken Tikka in Kuwait that is famous for grilling their chicken on charcoal. This ofcourse is absolutely delicious!!!!!! I've enjoyed eating there and have always wanted to make chicken as good as CT's and have had a few home attempts. Well this was my first with Kingsley and it turned out realllllly good, well not as great as Chicken Tikka's, but until I reach to that level, try this one and let me know :) The key is MARINATION!!!!!

For the marinade: Mix lemon juice, yogurt, salt, ginger & garlic paste, masala, oil

I eye-balled all the measurements. Just make sure you have good amount of yogurt because that is what holds everything together. Also be generous with the masala

Marinate the chicken in this for 3-4hrs

Cook in pre-heated oven 200C / 400F until almost done. Baste chicken with a little butter and cook for another 4mins
