This is a quick and easy recipe that you can try. With the current cooking spree I (Beula) have been trying to stay healthy by eating salads for lunch and cooking up what you read on here for dinner. Well one afternoon I realized I had pita bread to use up, and I remembered eating a salad+pizza at California Pizza Kitchen in Chicago with my friend Becca. I quickly put this together on a pita bread and stuck it in the oven

This is what you need to make a Pita Pizza:

In a bowl mix the chopped up lettuce and tomatoes with the ranch
- 2
Spread some tomato sauce on your pita bread. Pile the salad mixture on the pita followed by some shredded cheese
- 3
Stick it in the oven at 180C for few mins until the cheese is melted
- 4
Slice some avacado and put it on the pizza once done
- 5
IF you don't prefer the Salad on your pita pizza... Delete the lettuce mix and just add the tomatoes followed by the shredded cheese
