Ingredients

mixed seafood
pasta
1 1/4 cupsfresh cream (about 300 grams)
1 clovegarlic
salt and pepper for seasoning
1 teaspoonall-purpose flour

Cook the pasta until tender.

Cook the fresh cream and garlic together, then add the mixed seafood. Once the seafood is cooked, add the flour and seasoning.

Add the cooked pasta to the seafood white sauce and mix well. (You can add a bit of white wine, if desired.)
