Ingredients

6-8 servings
  1. 1large pack boneless skinless chicken thighs (9 pack)
  2. 4 canscream of chicken soup
  3. 1 canchicken broth
  4. 1 canGrands biscuits
  5. 1 boxmushrooms sliced
  6. 1 cupchopped celery
  7. 1 cupchopped onion
  8. to tastepoultry seasoning
  9. to tastesalt
  10. to tastefresh ground black pepper
  11. to tasteItalian seasoning blend

Steps

  1. 1

    Sweat onions, celery, chicken and seasonings in a Dutch oven until veggies soften, then add chicken broth, simmer until chicken cooked

  2. 2

    Remove chicken from pot, shred and replace. Then add sliced mushrooms, and cream of chicken soup, bring temp up to simmer.

  3. 3

    Flatten biscuits and cut into 1 inch squares, drop into simmering pot. Cover and cook about 20 minutes.

  4. 4

    Remove from heat and allow to cool, about 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
