1. 1/4 kg rice
2. 1 litre of water
3. 5 big potatoes peeled and cutted into quaters
4. 1 teaspoon salt
5. 1 teaspoon turmeric
6. 0.5 ml cooking oil
7. 1 onion
8. 2 tomatoes

Boil oil a sauce pan for a few seconds.

Add the finely chopped onion and cook it until it turns to brown, then add salt and turmeric.

Add tomatoes and potatoes and cook for 10 min.

Add water and let it boil for 5 min.

Then add rice and cook for 15 minutes.

Then serve.
