Divide dough into eight equal portions.

Roll in each round into chapatis

Cut each chapatti into halves.

Stuff with fried minced meat and fold the samosa

Repeat with the remaining chapattis.

Put cooking oil in a deep cooking pot and let it heat up.

Fry the samosa for 3 to 5 minutes.

Serve with hot tea!
